This website is operated by ALILUNE. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ALILUNE. By visiting our site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this site.

Products & availability

We offer curated gift boxes and related products. Product details, contents, images, pricing, and availability may be updated from time to time. Products marked “Coming Soon” are displayed for preview and are not available for purchase until they become available for sale.

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors and packaging can appear slightly different because of screen settings or manufacturer updates. If a material issue affects our ability to fulfill an order as described, we will contact you when reasonably possible.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Please review recipient names, delivery addresses, apartment or unit numbers, gift messages, and other order details before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if something needs to change. Changes may not be possible after an order has shipped.

Prices, payment & taxes

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Shipping options, charges, and other delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns & refunds

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Gift messages & personalization

If you submit a recipient name, gift message, or other personalized content, you are responsible for making sure the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. We may decline to print or include content that violates these Terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity, or violate the rights of ALILUNE or others.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the ALILUNE name, site design, text, graphics, photographs, and other original site content are owned by or licensed to ALILUNE and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, and other functions. Third-party websites and services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALILUNE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.
