Where we ship

Our current delivery zone is the United States. Available delivery options are shown at checkout for your address.

Shipping options

• Standard shipping: $8 USD.
• Free Standard shipping: available on orders of $70 USD or more when the qualifying option appears at checkout.
• Express shipping: $15 USD.

The final shipping charge and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Select the free Standard option when your order qualifies.

Processing & delivery

Processing and transit times can vary. Express is a shipping option and does not guarantee same-day preparation or a particular arrival date. For a gift needed by a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can discuss the available options.

Sending a gift

You can use the recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout. Please check the name, address, apartment or unit number, and postal code before placing your order. You can add a gift recipient and message on the product page.

Tracking & delivery questions

Check your shipping confirmation and order status for available tracking details. If a shipment is delayed or marked delivered but you cannot find it, check the address and any safe delivery locations, then contact hello.alilune@gmail.com with your order number.

Address changes & damaged parcels

Contact us as soon as possible if your address needs to change. We may be unable to make changes once the order has shipped. If your gift arrives damaged or incorrect, keep the packaging and email photos with your order number. See our Returns page for the next steps.
